Custom Panel Pro is a software utility, specifically a trade execution panel (Expert Advisor) for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platform. Custom Panel Pro is not a financial service, investment product, fund, managed account, signal provider, or trading advisory service of any kind.
Custom Panel Pro does not provide trading signals, investment advice, or recommendations of any kind. The software executes trades only when the user manually initiates an action.
Use of Custom Panel Pro does not guarantee profits. Trading contracts for difference (CFDs), forex, and other leveraged financial instruments involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made while using Custom Panel Pro.
By purchasing or using Custom Panel Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.
3.1 Grant of License. Upon purchase, Custom Panel Pro grants you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Custom Panel Pro software on up to five (5) registered MT5 account numbers associated with a single purchase.
3.2 License Verification. The software verifies your license against MT5 account numbers you register through the Custom Panel Pro license management portal at custompanelpro.com. You are responsible for registering your MT5 account numbers. The software will not operate on unregistered account numbers.

Custom Panel Pro is a digital product delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the compiled software file (.ex5). There is no physical product shipped.
Nothing in Custom Panel Pro, its documentation, its website, or any communications from Custom Panel Pro constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You acknowledge that:
Trading leveraged financial products such as CFDs and forex carries a high level of risk. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Custom Panel Pro accepts no responsibility for any trading losses incurred while using the software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Panel Pro and its owner shall not be liable for:

Custom Panel Pro may provide software updates from time to time. Updates are included at no additional cost for the life of the product. Custom Panel Pro does not guarantee the availability of updates indefinitely and reserves the right to discontinue the product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
