Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We stand behind Custom Panel Pro. If the software does not work as described, we want to make it right.

2. Refund Window

We offer a 14 day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with Custom Panel Pro for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@custompanelpro.com with:

  • Your purchase email address
  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • A brief description of the issue (optional but appreciated)

We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. License Revocation on Refund

Upon issuing a refund, your Custom Panel Pro license will be permanently revoked. The software will cease to function on your registered MT5 account numbers. Continued use of the software after a refund has been issued is a violation of the Terms of Service.

5. Exceptions

Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund. This policy does not apply where the software has been materially misrepresented. In that case, contact us regardless of the time period.
