1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Custom Panel Pro ("we", "us", "our") collects, stores, and uses your personal information when you purchase or use our software. We take your privacy seriously and handle your data responsibly.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Purchase Data. When you purchase Custom Panel Pro, our payment processor collects your email address, name, and payment details. We receive only your email address from the payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.

2.2 License Management Data. To operate your license, we store:

• Email address, used to identify your account and send transactional emails (order confirmation, OTP verification codes, license management)
• MT5 account numbers, entered by you manually through the license management portal, used solely for license verification purposes

2.3 Technical Data. When the software verifies your license, our server receives a connection request from the MT5 terminal. We log the MT5 account number being verified against our database. We do not log your IP address for any purpose beyond standard server security.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to:

• Verify your license when the software connects to our server
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, one time verification codes)
• Respond to support enquiries
• Maintain the security and integrity of the licensing system

We do not use your data for marketing without your consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as described in this policy.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL database), hosted in the Sydney, Australia region. Transactional emails are sent via Resend. Our licensing backend is hosted on Railway.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Custom Panel Pro website does not use tracking cookies. Basic server level analytics may be collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) in accordance with Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address and registered MT5 account numbers for as long as your license is active. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will permanently delete your records within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing

8. Third Party Services

We use the following third party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Supabase, database hosting
• Resend, transactional email
• Railway, backend hosting
• Cloudflare, website hosting and DNS

9. Children's Privacy

Custom Panel Pro is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at custompanelpro.com/privacy with an updated date.
